North Range Crossing is a 216-unit affordable apartment complex on a 11.542-acre site. The property includes a one-story, 4,798-square-foot clubhouse, 65 garages, 104 carport spaces, maintenance garage, one pool equipment/restroom building, and one mail kiosk structure.

Built near the 61st and Peña A Line station in northeast Denver, East Range Crossings is a 11.334-acre development with 252 units at 60 percent or less of area median income. The project was awarded four percent low income housing tax credits by Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA).

Apartment homes include amenities such as 9’ ceilings, in-unit washers and dryers for rent, modern kitchens, central AC, and walk-in closets. Uniquely, almost half of the apartment homes are three bedrooms.

East Range Crossings features a clubhouse that will include a fitness center, yoga area, community kitchen, and business center. The property also includes a playground for children, fire pits, grilling stations, 80 garages, 94 carport spaces, maintenance garage, a swimming pool and spa, and three bike barn structures.
