We are pleased that you’re interested in learning about how to work with Palace Construction and/or Palace Restoration. We have been in business since 1963 and value our subcontractors as partners and collaborators. We are always looking for subcontractors of all sizes and performing various scopes to join our team. Completing this questionnaire will assist us in assessing the capabilities, experience, and expertise of your firm.
We utilize a staged qualification process to ensure we obtain the proper amount of information based on the scope of services and the size of your business. The initial steps are as follows:
- Please complete the questionnaire and submit it via the website.
- The Construction Group utilizes a third-party service called “Building Connected” to manage Invitations to bid (ITBs) for construction projects. Registration as a trade partner on this site is free to you, so please make sure you are registered. Visit Building Connected at www.buildingconnected.com. If you are interested in working with the Restoration Group only, this step is not required)
- Please verify that you are a registered trade partner on Building Connected by clicking the appropriate checkbox on the questionnaire. Alternatively, you may email us at info@palaceconst.com to let us know you have registered on Building Connected. If you are interested in working with the Restoration Group only, this step is not required)
- Once you submit the completed questionnaire, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your form.
- Once we have received your initial information, we will reach out with the next steps within 7 to 10 business days.
- We host quarterly “meet our team” breakfasts, an excellent opportunity to network with our staff. Watch on our website and/or your email inbox for more information.
- We may reach out for additional information, clarifications, and/or some initial project opportunities.
- Before working on a job site, we will require an acceptance of our contract terms and a review of your insurance information to ensure they meet our minimum requirements, which in some cases is project or size specific.
- Additional next steps (if required) vary depending on the scope of work and the contract size.
- Larger construction subcontracts will require a more formal prequalification process, and we want to get to know you first!
