SCOPE OF SERVICES
Built in 1863, Colorado’s Territorial Capitol building now houses the Old Capitol Grill restaurant and office spaces. In 2005 a devastating fire started in the grill’s kitchen causing major structural damage to the roof. Palace conducted a full rehabilitation to restore the building to full use.
