SCOPE OF SERVICES
Designed by architect Frank E. Edbrooke for the Colorado Historical Society in 1910, this 60,00 sf, neoclassical building has served as offices for the Colorado Legislative Services since 1977. Palace Construction completed a full restoration which included original fixtures and finishes.
